As a homeschool parent of a high school student you'll need to learn how to create a homeschool high school transcript, especially if your child plans on attending college. With this in mind, here are some helpful tips.

Layout

Use a professional, standard layout for your student's homeschool high school transcript. Your student's information needs written at the top of the transcript with their last name, then their first name. Include their address, gender, date of birth and social security number too. What To Include

Write down the courses with descriptions that are easy to understand. Give each class a grade and credit. Indicate any extra-curricular activities your homeschool student engaged in.
